Role Overview

As an Accountant at Integritas, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our experienced accountants and advisers — not as an observer, but as a contributor. You’ll gain practical skills, industry insight, and a solid foundation in tax accounting and public practice — the stuff that gets you job-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing individual, business, and trust tax returns

• Support bookkeeping tasks using real-world tools like Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks

• Conduct data entry and reconciliation of financial records

• Collaborate with the team to analyse client financials and assist in advisory prep

• Provide administrative support – document handling, file management, and accuracy checks

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and occasional client-facing tasks

• Take ownership of admin duties for the Client Manager you’re assigned to

• Uphold ethical standards and maintain the highest level of client confidentiality

You’ll Need to Bring:

• Education: You’re currently studying accounting, or you’ve recently graduated and are ready to hit the ground running

• Work Rights: You must have full Australian working rights – no exceptions

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; any exposure to Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks is a big plus

• Communication: Strong written and verbal English — you’ll be dealing with real clients and real documentation

• Professionalism: Show up on time, take pride in your work, pay attention to detail — the little things matter

• Attitude: Willingness to learn, pitch in, and get your hands dirty (figuratively, of course)

• Character: Integrity, reliability, and a genuine interest in the accounting profession, not just the paycheck
