We’re currently partnering with a retailer to source a Campus Programs & Early Careers Recruiter.
What You'll Be Doing:
Based 5 days in Melbourne CBD office, this full-time role works closely with the store managers and corporate teams to support company growth. You’ll be at the forefront of attracting and hiring top university and early-career talent across Australia. From running end-to-end recruitment campaigns for graduate programs, management trainees, store hires, and internships to leading employer branding initiatives and campus engagement activities, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future workforce.
Your Areas of Impact:
· Lead end-to-end recruitment for graduates, interns, and store staff.
· Develop and retain graduates as future leaders.
· Build strong university and student network partnerships.
· Drive campus engagement through career fairs and events.
· Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and pipelines.
· Run assessment centres, group interviews, and candidate presentations.
· Support employer branding and social media campaigns.
· Track recruitment metrics and deliver insights.
· Ensure an engaging, positive candidate experience.
What You Bring:
· Experience in early talent recruitment, campus hiring, or related HR roles.
· Exposure to retail hiring, especially frontline workforce, is an advantage.
· Proven track record in campus initiatives and employer branding.
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
· Passionate about youth engagement, leadership development, and diversity hiring.
· Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, ATS, and digital sourcing tools.
