Job Description

What will you do?

• Prepare and reconcile accounting entries accurately and on time.
• Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and prepare reports for HQ.
• Support month-end and end-of-financial-year (EOFY) reporting.
• Prepare audit documentation and ensure tax compliance.
• Perform tax reconciliations for review by the Chief Accountant.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks within the Finance department.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Has intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel.
• Has basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Is detail-oriented and accurate in data entry.
• Is tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new systems.
• Has good organizational skills and can manage deadlines effectively.
• Communicates clearly and has strong problem-solving skills.
