We are seeking a Graduate Industrial Relations Consultant to join our Brisbane team as part of our continued national growth.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Graduate Consultant, you will contribute to a wide range of industrial relations matters. You will:

• Assist in interpreting and applying Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and relevant legislation.

• Support senior consultants on workplace matters including discrimination, bullying and harassment, unfair dismissal, termination, redundancy, industrial action and performance management.

• Gain practical experience in enterprise bargaining processes and negotiations.

• Draft employment policies, procedures and contracts.

• Undertake industry benchmarking and comparative wage analysis.

• Conduct legal research and analyse case law to support client solutions.

About You

We are looking for someone with curiosity, drive and a genuine interest in industrial relations. You will:

• Hold, or be close to completing, a tertiary qualification in Law or Industrial Relations. Graduates in Human Resources with a strong interest in IR are also encouraged to apply.

• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Possess excellent research, analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Show initiative while also being able to work collaboratively within a team.

• Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
