Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Graduate / Junior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and build your career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Your Role Will Involve:
Assisting with the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil construction projects
Supporting site engineers and supervisors with daily site operations and inspections
Reviewing project drawings, levels, and technical documentation
Assisting in procurement, materials tracking, and contractor coordination
Conducting site measurements, surveys, and quality control checks
Preparing project reports, progress updates, and compliance documentation
Supporting WHS, training records, and plant/fleet management
Assist in procurement, materials tracking, and contractor coordination.
Gradually take on more responsibility as your skills and experience grow.
Who We Are Looking For
Completed, or currently completing (2025–2026), an Australian-accredited Civil Engineering degree (e.g., UNSW, UTS, Western Sydney Uni).
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with full working rights.
Based in Sydney (NSW) and able to attend onsite as required.
Strong interest in civil infrastructure and construction.
Eager to learn, reliable, and ready to grow professionally.
Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD or 12D – advantageous.
Preferred Experience
Internship, cadetship, or site exposure in civil construction/engineering – highly regarded.
