Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Graduate / Junior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and build your career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Your Role Will Involve:

•  Assisting with the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil construction projects

• Supporting site engineers and supervisors with daily site operations and inspections

• Reviewing project drawings, levels, and technical documentation

• Assisting in procurement, materials tracking, and contractor coordination

• Conducting site measurements, surveys, and quality control checks

• Preparing project reports, progress updates, and compliance documentation

• Supporting WHS, training records, and plant/fleet management

• Assist in procurement, materials tracking, and contractor coordination.

• Gradually take on more responsibility as your skills and experience grow.

Who We Are Looking For

• Completed, or currently completing (2025–2026), an Australian-accredited Civil Engineering degree (e.g., UNSW, UTS, Western Sydney Uni).

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with full working rights.

• Based in Sydney (NSW) and able to attend onsite as required.

• Strong interest in civil infrastructure and construction.

• Eager to learn, reliable, and ready to grow professionally.

• Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD or 12D – advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• Internship, cadetship, or site exposure in civil construction/engineering – highly regarded.
