About the Role
FosRich Group is seeking a motivated Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Brisbane. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across Australia’s heavy industry and infrastructure sectors, delivering structural, mechanical, and piping (SMP) solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience in shutdowns, maintenance, fabrication, and installation while learning from highly skilled engineers, fitters, boilermakers, and riggers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of SMP systems and components.

• Support site teams during shutdowns, turnarounds, and maintenance projects.

• Conduct inspections, prepare technical reports, and contribute to project planning.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to solve engineering challenges.

• Help improve processes, safety systems, and operational efficiency across projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Some hands-on mechanical or industrial experience through work, projects, or internships.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (recently graduated or graduating soon).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with CAD software and understanding of engineering principles.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Willingness to work in industrial environments, including at height and in confined spaces.
