Chandler Macleod are currently searching for a Graduate/Intern Program Specialist located in Brisbane! We are looking for a capable office based professional to work in the client's Learning, Capability & Compliance team to assist in the co-ordination of entry pathway programs (i.e. Graduate, apprenticeship, Internship, Trainee)
The role will be part of a small team and involve:
Co-ordinations of university and school events.
Co-ordinating onboarding of grads and interns across the company.
Process and procedure documentation.
Communicating with Internal and External stakeholders.
Processing of employee incentive claims.
Key skills include:
Proficient in MS Office and the usual business applications.
Self motivated & able to work autonomously
Excellent Communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to present / facilitate to small & medium sized groups
