Join a growing organisation where people come first. Based in Craigieburn, you’ll report directly to the onsite HR Manager and provide valuable support in a wide range of HR functions and projects. This internship is ideal for recent graduates or students seeking experience in human resources.

 About the Internship

As our HR Intern, you’ll be an integral part of our HR team, supporting daily operations and acting as a first point of contact for internal HR queries. Throughout the program, you’ll gain exposure to key areas of HR and build the skills employers value most.

 What You'll Be Doing:

• Draft and prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, letters, and reports

• Maintain and update the HR database with accuracy and confidentiality

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding processes

• Respond to employee enquiries in a friendly and professional manner

• Prepare, update, and review HR documentation, including policies and procedures

• Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and internal events

• Support reporting for HR, WHS, and general administrative tasks

• Enter candidate and client information into the organisation’s CRM

• Provide admin support for ongoing projects like compliance training and performance reviews

 What We’re Looking For:

You’ll be a great fit for this internship if you:

• Are currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field

• Can commit to a minimum of 3 days per week

• Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

• Thrive working both independently and as part of a team

• Are curious, eager to learn, and bring a positive, can-do attitude

• Communicate clearly and manage your time effectively
