Through our central office team, we provide two main streams of support for our member pharmacies – Business Governance and Clinical Governance.
Business Governance is captured through our Healthy Retail Group, and includes a broad range of support services including: financial, legal, retail and dispensary operations, rostering, HR and other areas.
Clinical Governance, through Healthy Care Services, includes supporting members to optimise clinical services, including management of aged care contracted services, medication review and ACOP, vaccinations, DAA packing and NDIS services, along with the systems to enable quality clinical practices in community pharmacy.
As the scope of pharmacy practice expands in the coming years, we are expanding and strengthening our service offering for pharmacists and community pharmacy businesses, helping them to be at the forefront of primary healthcare.
