The Intern- Youth Leader will contribute to the provision of quality educational experiences by assisting teachers and support staff, and work alongside the Assistant Chaplain in the delivery of Christian activities across either the Preparatory , Junior  or Middle School.

This role is ideal for a young Christian who is interested in working with young people living through in the image of God through serving with humility, empowering others to grow whilst holding themselves and others accountable for their words and actions.

Our ideal candidate will be keen to be involved in all aspects of School life. You will be kept busy supporting day-to-day learning, camps, co-curricular activities as well as learning the operational aspects of the School. Working alongside our Chaplain and leadership team, you will have opportunity to share the Word of God and support our students on their faith journey.

The 2026 internship (1 year) is available to recent school graduates, preferably of Anglican faith, who are studying Divinity, Theology or Education. Working 20-25 hours a week, combined with studying, this opportunity provides a broad insight into working in a Christian school setting. The role attracts a generous salary.

Preference will be given to applicants from Trinity Grammar and Meriden School graduates.
