About the Opportunity:

We’re looking for someone who has recently completed or is close to completing a degree in Communication or Journalism and is ready to put their skills into practice. This 4–6-month contract role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. As our Internal Communications Intern, you’ll play a key role in enhancing how we connect and communicate across the business. You’ll support the rollout of Microsoft Viva Engage, help shape internal content and channels, and bring our people stories to life. 

 Your key responsibilities will include the following:  

• Create and share engaging content that helps team members stay informed, connected, and inspired.
• Work with different teams to capture stories and achievements that showcase our culture and values.
• Contribute to reviewing and improving communication channels to ensure they’re clear, effective, and easy to use.
• Provide fresh ideas and creative input to help shape the future of internal communications.

What you will bring to this role:

• Recently completed, or in the final stages of completing, a Communications or Journalism degree 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills  
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams 
• Creative flair for storytelling and content creation 
• Curiosity to improve how we communicate and a passion for connecting people
