About Us

We are a dynamic, data-driven organization committed to streamlining operations and enhancing customer experiences through smart technology. As we scale, we’re looking for a motivated intern with hands-on experience in Zoho One to support our digital transformation initiatives.

Role Overview

As a Zoho One Intern, you’ll work closely with our operations and technology teams to optimize workflows, automate processes, and support CRM and analytics functions. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about cloud platforms and business systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in configuring and customizing Zoho One applications (CRM, Projects, Books, Analytics, etc.)
  • Support integration of Zoho tools with third-party platforms
  • Help develop automation workflows and dashboards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues
  • Document processes and provide training materials for internal teams

Requirements
  • Prior experience with Zoho One suite (academic or professional)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of business operations and customer management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
