Provide first-line support via the National Technical Support Line.
Assist with remote troubleshooting of IP networks, DVRs, cameras, and Wi-Fi systems.
Shadow and support senior team members in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Participate in setting up and simulating systems to replicate technical problems.
Update technical documentation and internal knowledge base.
Support pre-sales and post-sales processes when required.
Contribute to testing and evaluating new security products/solutions.
Requirements
Educational background in IT (coursework or training).
Passion for technology with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport easily.
Call centre experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of security products (IP technologies) is preferred but not mandatory.
