Provide first-level technical support for internal staff and clients
Assist with troubleshooting hardware/software issues related to IP networks, DVRs, cameras, and Wi-Fi systems
Support the IT team with documentation and internal knowledge base updates
Participate in day-to-day IT operations and helpdesk ticket handling under supervision
Requirements
Currently studying or recently graduated in Information Technology or related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build good working relationships with team members and clients
Knowledge or experience with IP-based security systems is a plus
