Job Description

  • Provide first-level technical support for internal staff and clients
  • Assist with troubleshooting hardware/software issues related to IP networks, DVRs, cameras, and Wi-Fi systems
  • Support the IT team with documentation and internal knowledge base updates
  • Participate in day-to-day IT operations and helpdesk ticket handling under supervision

Requirements

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Information Technology or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build good working relationships with team members and clients
  • Knowledge or experience with IP-based security systems is a plus
