The Role
CPJ offers a friendly personal atmosphere with the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects in all fields of landscape architecture. The role will be based in our Homebush West office.
CPJ is seeking two passionate, self-motivated and enthusiastic Student Landscape Architects with to join our growing team for an internship role. The successful candidates will be personable, positive and adaptable with a drive for creativity, enjoy working within a team environment and have a strong work ethic.
The role will work with our team members and clients on a range of project types and scales. As a team member, we are looking for a candidate with have strong graphic communication skills and proficiency in graphic and drafting programs.
To be successful in the role the applicant will be able to meet the essential criteria listed below.
About the Position
Facilitate supervisor to create landscape plans, designs and drawings using computer-aided design programs
Facilitate supervisor to prepare documentations for cost estimation
Overseeing the projects as they progress
Filing Office Documentation
Update website
Preparing and produce promotion or social media flyers
About You
A tertiary qualification in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design or other associated profession
Landscape documentation knowledge (tender / construction).
Strong skills and experience in graphic representation to communicate the various concept, detailed and masterplan designs
Ability to handle the critical situation with the best of the company’s interest
Strong visual, written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD.
Self-motivated, honest and loyalty
The ability to work independently or collaborat ively.
Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn.
Experience in Sketchup 3D modelling is preferred
Current NSW Driver’s License.
