Marketing Admin Assistant – Short-Term Contract

We’re looking for a Marketing Admin Assistant to join our team on a short-term basis (1–2 months, with potential to extend). This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing student or recent graduate who’s eager to build hands-on skills in both administration and social media content.

You’ll split your time between providing admin support and assisting with the creation of engaging social media content.

What we’re looking for:

• Based in Sydney (office-based role)
• Available to start ASAP
• Experience with Canva, Wordsquare, Wordspace (or similar tools)
• Strong organisational and admin skills
• Some marketing/social media experience (uni projects or internships count!)
• A proactive, flexible and detail-oriented approach
