About the role:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our Growth team and help fuel Koh’s next stage of expansion across the UK & NZ. In this role you’ll blend performance marketing execution with lightweight data analysis and AI-driven automation projects.
Think of it as a growth-tech hybrid: you’ll support our paid media operations, build and automate reporting, and experiment with AI tools to make our campaigns smarter and faster. Perfect for someone who’s analytical, curious, and hungry to learn at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology.
Key responsibilities:
Performance Marketing Execution
Drive and maintain performance paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and more
Setup, monitoring, and reporting on ad performance
Help build or iterate creatives (using AI tools or briefing the Creative & Content team)
Data Analysis & Reporting
Own weekly reporting dashboards (Looker Studio, Sheets, GA4)
Automate recurring reports and alerts (Zapier, scripts, etc.)
Support cohort and funnel analysis (e.g. Meta acquisition vs. LTV)
AI/Automation Projects
Research and test AI tools for creative, keyword, and campaign optimisation
Experiment with GPT-based copy, creative variation, and personalisation tools
Collaborate with Growth/Product on automation-driven experiments
Growth Ops & Workflow Automation
Use Zapier, Make, or Airtable to cut repetitive marketing tasks
Maintain tagging frameworks, UTM tracking, and campaign testing logs
Build simple internal workflows to improve creative testing and insights
What you bring:
1–2 years’ experience (or strong internships) in digital marketing or data-driven roles
Strong spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Looker Studio
Analytical, curious, and comfortable testing new tools and ideas
Bias for action, you don’t wait for permission to solve problems
