Laurus Education
Travel with Purpose. Learn for Life.
Are you passionate about global education, experiential learning, and helping students grow through cross-cultural experiences? Laurus EdVentures is looking for a driven and creative Programme Coordinator to lead the design and delivery of our immersive international study tour programs.
Laurus EdVentures is a new initiative under Laurus Education, delivering short-term English language and vocational study tours for international students visiting Australia. Our programs blend classroom learning, cultural excursions, vocational tasters, and optional internships, creating meaningful, structured travel experiences for learners aged 16+.
We’re building a high-impact team to deliver programs that inspire global learners and connect education with real-world experience.
As Programme Coordinator, you’ll be the engine behind the planning and delivery of our study tours. You’ll design timetables, coordinate learning content, integrate excursions and site visits, and ensure students are engaged, supported, and inspired throughout their journey.
This is an exciting opportunity to build something new — with support from a national education group and the freedom to shape a fresh, student-centred brand.
Develop and manage program schedules and learning plans across 1–8 week tours.
Coordinate educational content (English, vocational tasters, excursions) with staff and partners.
Facilitate orientation, weekly reflection sessions, and student mentoring touchpoints.
Oversee the day-to-day learning experience during tours — ensuring sessions run smoothly and outcomes are met.
Liaise with trainers, guides, cultural providers, and facilitators to deliver a cohesive program.
Continuously improve our learning offering based on student feedback and delivery insights.
You have experience in education coordination, student mobility programs, or training delivery.
You’re an outstanding organiser — someone who thrives on creating structure and bringing learning experiences to life.
You’re culturally sensitive, student-focused, and love helping young people grow through new experiences.
You can manage competing priorities across multiple locations and timeframes.
Bonus: you’ve worked with international students or understand the education-tourism space.
Experience in program coordination, preferably in education, ELICOS, VET, or student travel.
Strong scheduling and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
A proactive, team-first attitude with strong attention to detail.
Be part of a groundbreaking new brand backed by one of Australia’s leading education groups.
Work on programs with purpose — supporting students to grow academically, culturally, and personally.
Contribute to a national delivery model with exciting growth plans for the future.
Flexibility, creativity, and the opportunity to shape how global learners experience Australia.
Melbourne-based. Occasional interstate travel may be required.
