 About the Roles

Whether you’re looking to level up in a Coordinator role or take the lead as a Project Manager, you’ll be working on high-impact experiences. From creative ideation to event execution, supporting everything from logistics and client communications to budgeting and post-event wrap-ups.

Project Manager

You'll take ownership of your projects, working closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to deliver seamless live and virtual experiences. You’ll bring confidence, creativity, and strategic thinking to every stage of production, from concept to completion.

Project Coordinator 

You’ll play a key support role across a range of exciting projects. From research and planning to onsite support and admin, you’ll gain hands-on experience in every part of the production process while learning from a passionate, high-performing team.

 What You'll Be Doing (Depending on role) 

  • Collaborating on client briefs and bringing ideas to life

  • Building relationships with clients, suppliers, and venue partners

  • Managing timelines, logistics, budgets, and documentation

  • Coordinating delegate communications and virtual speaker recordings

  • Supporting creative briefs for design, content, and production assets

  • Attending internal and client meetings; capturing notes and actions

  • Preparing run sheets, event kits, and post-event reports

  • Supporting bump in/out and onsite delivery for events

  • Leading projects end-to-end, owning client comms, and delegating effectively

  • Producing high-quality documentation, managing budgets, and leading post-event wrap ups

The ideal candidates will be:

  • Strong communicators with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

  • Organised and calm under pressure

  • Confident in using Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)

  • Adaptable, friendly, and positive in fast-paced environments

  • Always up for learning, collaborating, and bringing fresh ideas

  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines

 Experience & Level Guide

  • Project Coordinator: You’ve made a start in our industry, whether in another project coordinator role or an internship 

  • Project Manager: You're event production with client management, supplier liaison and budget management experience

  • Agency experience is looked upon favourably
