About the Role
This is not a generic admin position. It’s an entry-level, hands-on training role designed to give you a 360° understanding of how a brokerage operates — directly supporting both our high-performing sales (brokers) and loan processing teams.

You’ll gain practical skills in client service, document handling, lender liaison, and loan application management — the exact skills you need to move into a broker or loan processor role in the future.

What You’ll Do

  • Support brokers with client communications, document collection, and application follow-ups

  • Assist loan processors with application entry, accuracy checks, and settlement coordination

  • Liaise with lenders and stakeholders to meet timeframes and requirements

  • Prepare proposals, correspondence, and client updates

  • Help coordinate meetings (online and in-person)

  • Pitch in with general office support to keep operations running smoothly

  • Excellent communicator — confident with phone and email

  • Organised, detail-focused, and eager to learn

  • Professional, positive, and thrives in a team environment

  • No finance experience required — we provide full, structured training

  • Bonus if you’ve used CRM systems or Microsoft Excel
