• Support end-to-end recruitment processes for the early childhood sector.

• Source and screen candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, SEEK, and Indeed.

• Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and childcare centres.

• Maintain candidate records and update our database with progress.

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to match educators with the right opportunities.
