Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Intern with strong bilingual communication skills (Mandarin & English) to support our sales and marketing initiatives. The role will provide exposure to both the Australian domestic market and international business operations, offering a unique learning opportunity across multiple business lines.
Key Responsibilities
--Assist in the execution of sales and marketing campaigns for food, packaging, and export businesses.
--Conduct market research in both English and Mandarin, including competitor analysis and customer trend studies.
--Support preparation of bilingual presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
--Coordinate with the Colossus China Division for cross-border marketing and sales activities.
--Assist in managing digital platforms, social media content, and marketing collateral.
--Maintain CRM systems and sales pipelines, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
--Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales and marketing team.
Qualifications
--Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
--Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
--Interest in international trade, food industry, and packaging sector.
--Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
--Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to digital marketing tools is an advantage.
--Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a multicultural team environment.
