What you will be doing: You will  join a high-performing, supportive team and learn every aspect of the talent acquisition process, including:

• Working with consultants to understand client needs and hiring strategies
• Building candidate pipelines and developing deep networks
• Supporting candidate engagement and interview processes
• Helping shape employer branding and marketing efforts
• Learning how to manage recruitment projects end-to-end

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you willl be constantly learning and supported to grow.
What we are looking for: We are not expecting years of experience, this is a graduate role after all. But we are looking for:

• A recent graduate (or near completion) in HR, Business, Psychology, Marketing, or similar
• Strong communication skills — verbal and written
• Curiosity, energy, and a genuine interest in people
• The ability to juggle tasks and work to deadlines
• Confidence to ask questions and take initiative
• A desire to build a career, not just land a job
