We work across brand experiences, content, film, digital, broadcast and everything in between – and right now, we’re growing our Film & Broadcast team with Videographer / Editors at all levels:
Junior, Mid-weight, and Senior.

 About the Roles

Whether you’re just starting out or bringing years of experience, you’ll be part of a creative team producing content for some of Australia’s most exciting brands across brand films, social content, event recaps, case studies and more.

You’ll lead projects end-to-end  from pre-production and filming through to post. You'll help set the standard for creative excellence, mentor others, and help shape the future of our film team.

You’re into your career and have developed a keen eye for storytelling. You’ll work independently and collaboratively across a range of projects, juggling timelines and taking content from camera to final cut.

You’re early in your career but ready to dive in. You’ll work closely with our senior editors and producers to learn the ropes, grow your skillset, and contribute meaningfully from day one.

 What You'll Be Doing (Depending on role) 

• Crafting high-quality video content from concept to delivery

• Shooting on location or in-studio

• Collaborating with Producers, Creatives, and Clients

• Using Premiere Pro and After Effects in post-production

• Managing files, footage, and workflows with precision

• Staying across trends and sharing ideas in team brainstorms

• In the senior role, you will be mentoring junior team members and leading projects

 What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidates will be: 

• Strong storytellers with a sharp editing eye

• Confident in Adobe Premiere Pro with some experience working in After Effects and Da Vinci Resolve 

• Experienced with shooting gear and camera ops

• A team player with great communication skills

• Super organised and calm under pressure

• Always up for learning, sharing, and growing

• (Senior only) Ready to lead projects and mentor others

 Experience & Level Guide

• Junior: Some editing experience (freelance, internships, or entry-level) and a portfolio that shows potential

• Mid-weight: 2–4 years of hands-on filming and editing in an agency or production environment

• Senior: 5+ years experience in the aforementioned as well as leadership, client liaison, and end-to-end production responsibility
